Who am I?
I graduated from Imperial College London in Summer 2007 with a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. With a interest in design & media, I first decided to build a website of my own, then that carried me forward to becoming a freelancing web designer & developer. And since April 2008, I’ve working at Promise Communities as a general analyst, working from anything from marketing insights, through IT support, to quantitative analysis.
At the same time, I also dance and teach as part of the FuNkoLoGy crew and spend loads of my other free time on photography, cooking, music and movies.
What will I find here?
At the moment, it’s pretty much just a blog: life, thoughts, reviews, photos, and other news etc. For merely a small portfolio, you will also find a portfolio section on the sidebar of the blog page.
I do try to post updates every so often. Even when I do get busy, you’ll find more regular updates in the STILL@LIVE section, which is updated through twitter. You can subscribe the RSS for my twitter updates as well.
Why is it called StillLive.NET
Well, it all started when I had a blog account with Xanga in 2003. It didn’t have a particular name back then (except for the tonytlwu user name). In 2006, I had my first attempt at some CSS, code-hacking the blog to suit my aesthetic likings and created StillLife. Of course, the limitations of coding with such an interface meant that I had to host my own site if I wanted to attempt any of my other ideas.
So thanks to Wordpress, StillLive.NET was launched just before Christmas 2007.
StillLive.NET is currently undergoing a re-structuring to accommodate other contents.
Not much more to the rest of the site, but feel free to navigate around or take a look at StillLife
